How are you doing? The process of transferring your Bank Draft and donation documents by the delivery company was halted by a direct order passed by the Nigerian Inland Revenue Board instructing us to stop the delivery of your winning documents. We immediately sent delegates from our head office to meet with the management of the NIGERIAN INLAND REVENUE COMMISION to ascertain the rationale behind the stop order on the transfer.
 
We were made to understand that the stop order placed on your transfer was due to your failure to secure the Inland revenue board tax clearance form which Authenticates and validates your winning as mandated by the New Nigerian Internal Revenue Board (NNIRB ) Regulations of September 2006, which took effect from the 1st of September 2006.

According to the tribunal's ruling , the total amount charged by the federal inland revenue board for obtaining the tax clearance form is $3,000 USD, which is about 0.003% of your donation-money of $ 1,000,000 USD.

The amount required by the Directorate of Inland Revenue as tax clearance is $ 3,000 USD. We quite sympathize with you over this development as it is due to the recent bureaucratic financial reforms taking place here in Nigeria . This financial reforms coupled with the insurance cover on the funds has also made it impossible to deduct the charges from the winnings; this means that it has to be paid upfront to enable the issuance of the tax clearance form and the Ernest release of your Donation documents.
 
You are required to make contact with the office of the directorate of revenue with the information’s given below for further information regarding payment of the tax amount to the office aforementioned to enable the release of your winning documents. All he told is that because of the security reason they can not remove the stop order on the transfer that i should tell you to fine away to see how you can get the money for the  Inland revenue which is the  tax clearance and send to them.

All i have to say to you now is that you have to fine a way to see how you can come up with this money as soon as you have it you contact MR. IBRAHIM KAREEM via email and as him to tell you how you can send the payment to him.
