Below are the email conversations I have with “Miss Nancy Vivian Fred.” She started to send an intro of herself in Friendster, where “her” account is actually already been deleted. That is why you can only communicate with “her” in “her” yahoo id. And I have also attached the pictures she has sent me.

I hope people who receive this kind of scam letters will not be ‘dumb’ not to feel that everything is pure lies. I hope your site helps more people. I know one that has become a victim of one of these criminals. He was approached thru mail by someone who introduced themselves as an insurance or investment company. The poor guy nearly commit suicide when he receives warning letters from the banks where he took loans just to give these criminals the money they’re asking him. Anyways, luckily the poor guys’ company came to know about what happened to him, and tried their best to help him out lending him a big amount of money for him to pay the bank.

Your story is really moving, I am really touched and sad with what I read about what happened to your family. I am so sorry for what happen to you in the past. I know it must be lonely living alone. I just hope you have your relatives and good friends with you. So how are you today? I do hope that you are always fine. What do you do? What is your work?

Anyway, I guess you already know my name. ............

I dislike fakes & 'user-friendly' people, once they get everything they want from me, they'll just throw and leave me worn out and empty handed. I am blessed and glad that so far nobody has ever done this to me. I think I am just lucky to be surrounded with real friends.

How was your day hope fine.?.Mine is a little bit cold over here in Dakar Senegal.In this camp we don't allowed to go out from the camp any how sometimes we used to take permison .Its just like one staying in the prison and i hope by Gods grace i will come out here soon.l don't have any relatives now whom l can go to all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war the only person l have now is Rev.Patrick Barnabas who is the pastor of the (Christ for all Churches) here in the camp he has been very nice to me since i came here but i am not living with him rather i am leaving in the women's hostel because the camp have two hostels one for men the other for women.
 
The Pastors Tel number is (00221-672-5506) and  his  e-mail  address  is ( christ4allchurches@yahoo.com) if you call tell him that you want to speak with me he will send for me in the hostel. As a refugee here i don't have any right or privilledge to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country.I want to go back to my studies because i only attended my first year before the traggic incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.
 
Please listen to this,i have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me which i will send to you later,because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank in Europe which he used my name as the next of kin,the amount in question is $6.7(Six Million seven Hundred Thousand USDollars). So i will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my travelling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you.I kept this secret to people in the camp here the only person that knows about it is the Revrend because he is like a father to me.
So in the light of above i will li ke you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone for i am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it.

My day is really fine though weather is starting to get really hot. I'm glad that I saw another mail from you. It's so bad living a life like a prisoner and sad to know that you don't have any relatives with you. Why don't you ask the pastor to adopt you so you can live freely; and somehow help you financially so that it won't be much too hard for you? I believe there are ways the pastor can help you such as finding a work for you. In that way you can slowly plan for the transfer of your inherited money. There's just one question I have in mind, why are you not allowed or as you said it is against the law of your country to have money. If that is your money I don't think it will be questionable, otherwise there is something fishy going on and that is really not your money. Africa, nowadays, is somewhat a free country from what I know. Don't you think it is doubtful for me that you are trusting a complete stranger wanting me to transfer all your riches in my account? Anyways, from what you've gone through I don't think I have the right to question you.

Ok I really want to help you. Here's what I can do for you. Why not send me a copy of your passport (front and back copy) so I can process your visa coming here? It would be much easier for me to process your ticket and visa from here. You have to give me the complete address of Rev. Patrick Barnabas so that I'll be able to send him your visa and ticket. Once I received a passport copy from you I will send you a mail and call the pastor. I think it is better if you are already here before transferring the money you inherited as you said that there is no way for you to have money there.

I hope that everything is fine. Listen to me first, I want you to do what I want. Like I told you yesterday, I need for you to send me your passport copy so I can process your visa and ticket coming here. Once you send it to me it's really easy and will not take much time. You will be here and then I will call the bank so we can arrange and transfer your money.

That is your own money so don't you ever worry for I am not interested to have a share of your money. I am just here to help and for me the very first thing that we should do is to get you out of that country. I have African friends here as well so I think you will enjoy it here. I think you should not waste time and send your passport as soon as possible.
