Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

I wish to seek for your acceptance and co-operation in a business offer that I believe would be of great benefit to both of us. Please do not consider this a scam or time wasting business attempt.

My name is Mr. Kojo Essien a member of the Ghana Contract Award Committe under the Ghana Ministry of Mineral and Energy. The Government of Ghana has recently approved the payment of 17 unpaid contractors under the 2007 budget and foreign management plan. This plan was initialize in order to encourage foreign investors planning to bring investment into the Republic of Ghana.

I and some officials in the Ministry have decided to contact you in order to apply as one of the contractors and apply for the payment of your unpaid contract sum. You will also apply for the opportunity to invest part of this money into the Ghana Economy. Your presence may not be needed in executing this deal.

Upon your acceptance, we shall send to you by fax or e-mail a blank contractor payment application form, you will be required to fill this form and return as directed. Your name and information will be filed in the list of unpaid contractors and we shall thereafter press on the payment of your contract sum. You shall be funished with the sharing patern in in this offer and you shall notify us as soon as your payment is approved and we shall instruct you on how we want own own share transfered to you. It is important that you state that your espected contract payment is USD$ 25 Million. The Minstry of finance will only be able to pay out USD$ 18 Million from the total amount.

Please, write back to let us know if you accept and agree to carry out this operation with us. We are promising to complete a safe and secure deal with you as there wont be any problem involved. This is not the first time we are executing such deal.
