My name is franca Adikam 23 yr's old, from Ivory Coast in west Africa and presently, I am residing in the refugee camp here in dakar Senegal, as a result of the civil war going on in my country. I was a first year student of law at the university, before the incident that lead me into this situation of living in the camp.

My late father Dr Eddy Adikam, was the personal advicer to the former head of states, also a successful business man import and exporter during his life time, before the rebels attacked my house one early morning killing my mother and my father. My Dearest,

How was your night and how was your work hope fine, I am more than happy in your reply to my mail. Mine is a little bit hot over here in Dakar Senegal. I am 23years of age living in this situation In this refugee camp we,this is why the level of my education chenged and i need someone to help me out from this refugee camp, so that I will futher my education, in this camp we are only allowed to go out only on mondays and fridays of the weeks. Its just like one staying in the prison and I hope by God grace I will come out here soon.

I don't have any relatives now whom I can go to all my relatives ranaway in the middle of the war the only person I have now is Rev. Francis Patrick, who is the pastor of the (Christ the king Church) here in the refugee he has been very nice to me since I came here but i am not living with him rather I am leaving in the women's hostel because the camp have two hostels one for men the other for women.

The Pastors Tel number is (+221- 233-30-17) if you call and tell him that you want to speak with me he will send for me in the hostel. here is where am send you email at church office and send mail to you in his office church. As a refugee here I don't have any right or privilledge to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country. I want to go back to my studies because I only attended my first year before the traggic incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.

Please listen to this I have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me which I will send to you latter, because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank in Europe which he used my name as the next of kin, the amount in question is $5.7M( Five Million seven Hundred Thousand Dollars).

So I will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my travelling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you. I kept this secret to people in the camp here the only person that knowsabout it is the Revrend because he is like a father to me. I trusted you and promise to live with you I am looking for husband , good and honest friend, a fiancè anyone you're interested I am here for you.

I was surprised to receive this letter. In fact i send a letter to this bank address, but never told the lady's name or anything . but the bank send this reply with miss franca's name and her fathers name and all. I was really surprised how the bank can understand from a simple general mail i send to them that i meant to his particular Miss franca.!
