Dear Adv. Sofia Mohammed,   It seems that your client has not told you or you rather have not discussed the case matter with your client in detail. See madam Jane Saleeby and myself only know each other through email like we know each other.   She logged on to rediffmatchmaker.com saw my profile that I had registered and contacted me. In the first mail she gave a small introduction, second mail she wrote me her problem for which you are going to appear in the court of law. thrid mail she told me that she wants me to be her guardian to transfer her funds. fourth mail bank conatct details. fifth mail your contanct details and so on.   I am a social worker and at the very first instance I had told her I have no financial interest in this deal. Still as Jane Saleeby told me that I can take my expenses from the amount that gets transfered on to this.   She told me that she has a big problem of transfering her father's money to some other country and has requested my help in that matter. I have only given you my contact details. You have not asked me  for any supporting proof from my part before appearing in the court of law.   Getting the power of attorney is her interest and actually she approached you with Rev. Father. And let me tell you one more thing I do not know the Rev. Father in person at all.   Understand that we are in two corners of this globe. Actually your fees is to be paid by the client who approached you. You rather rushed in a mail before I could contact you. Thanks for your mail, Mr Parameswar i did not know how you get to know your partner rather i am only the procure the necessary document needed for your bank to effect your claim. So no matter how you get to know your partner it is not my interest but morever i have mate and saw your partner Jane and she explain to me her problem which i really feel sympathy on her and that is why i did not asked you about my consultation fee. Mr Parameswar your information is what will appear on the power of attorney while the signature will your partner's signature. Showing/prooving that she is the one who send you on her behalf. Mr Parameswar this power of attorney gives you the full right and power to retreive back the fund. Mr Parameswar as you said that you have contacts in African continent but not in Senegal, i want you to observe that you now have me as a contact here in this country as i am your representative here. Mr Parameswar you signature is not going to appear on the power of attorney, it is your full name,address,phone no E.t.c that will appear on the power of attorney, the signature there will be your partners signature, that is why the bank asked you to issue the power of attorney by a help of a senegalese human right lawyer, mandating you to make this transfer on Miss Jane behalf.  Mr Parameswar i cannot give out my registration no to you for it is highly proshibited, ask me why. Because it seems like you did not trust/have confidence in me. So i don't deal with someone who doubt my worlds.
