Dear Applicant,
Welcome to the secretariat of the Youth Conference on HIV/AIDS Prevention and the elimination of Child Labor. We are working day and night to make these events a success.
We accept you to participate in the fourth-coming conferences on HIV/AIDS Prevention and the elimination of Child Labor, to be held from September17th - 19th 2007, at the "DISNEYLAND CONVENTION CENTER, ANAHEIM, C.A, U.S.A" and September 24th 26th 2007, at "INDEPENDENCE HALL, BLVD EMILE ZOLA, DAKAR SENEGAL", West Africa.
We are accepting you to participate because you were recommended by one of our members. You may take the opportunity to participate in these International events.
The Program is of two separate initiatives, namely the HIV/AIDS Prevention Program and the elimination of Child Labour.
In recent years, the world has witnessed campaigns to raise awareness among the Youth of the predicaments of the infection of HIV/AIDS.
Despite the continuing efforts by the International community, to eradicate the infection of HIV/AIDS, the infection of HIV/AIDS persists among the youth in various parts of the world.
The Youth Conference on HIV/AIDS Prevention and the elimination of Child Labor will cover all aspects of basic and clinical science in the field of HIV/AIDS and the Policies as well as strategies required to eliminate Child Labor.
The events will address the focal point for information on HIV/Aids and child labour.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, declares: Everyone has the right to education. Almost 60 years have passed since the international community agreed upon the noble principles in the Universal Declaration yet, for more than 80 million children around the world, the right to education exists only in principle not in reality.
If we believe children should have at least a basic education, we must commit to the goal of eradicating all forms of child labour.
The Youth Conference on HIV/AIDS Prevention & Child Labour will be a unique opportunity to create a new world vision for the fight against the infection of HIV/AIDS and to combat against the practice of Child Abuse and Child in the new millennium. In order to have a real impact, the Conference should not only promote greater awareness concerning the scourge of HIV/AIDS but also lead to decisive action at the International level in order to help those who suffer on a daily basis from HIV/AIDS and Child Abuse/Labor.
Concerted efforts and contributions by Individuals, Governments, Inter-Governmental Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO,s) and the various International bodies and specialized agencies will be necessary to accomplish the objectives of the Conferences, and to provide long-lasting solutions. It will also afford participants to meet the donor communities, strike affiliations and partnerships and explore better ways of sourcing funds for their various activities among others.
We welcome delegations, Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO,s) to the Youth Conference on HIV/AIDS and Child Abuse/Labor. This is the start of the formal phase of the Conference process, although a number of useful informal meetings have already taken place in different parts of the world. We expect that this event can and should give a powerful impetus to the work of laying the foundation for a successful combat against the infection of HIV/AIDS and Child Abuse/Labor.
