Following my emergence as the new president of the federal
republic of Nigeria under the ruling party of the
people?s democratic party I want to use this medium to say
that I am very much sad over your conditions
and situations as were kept by the out-going government
led by Chief Olusegun Obasanjo Gcfr.
Now sequel to the out come of the meeting I had with other
elected men to the new government which took effect from
May 29th 2007 I pledged to settle all the bills this
current government incurred and the ones
they refused to pay either by omissions or commission.
Based on these I told my private secretary to take a
review of the debts file more especially the foreign
contractors and I discovered that the federal government
of Nigeria are owing you about US$10.500,000
dollars and about one hundred and thirty five thousand
dollars interest.
Therefore I have decided to take it upon my shoulders to
handle your matter as the first assignment I am
going to carry out in my pursuit for a new change in
Nigeria. Therefore upon receipt of this mail i want you
to confirm your willingness to work with me faithfully
and the constraints you have gotten in the past.
I am quite sure you have gotten a very bitter pill of the
whole thing but I have come to restore life and hope for
every individual that was disappointed in the past due to
the bad government led by Chief Olusegun
Obasanjo.
