You are advised to contact the office above with the most necessary informations for delivery, like your full names, address and phone numbers (Cell or Home). The delivery charges might be on the high side because, the Gaming board administrative charge, the clearance HM Revenue local tax clearance and finally the normal DHL delivery charges. This reason you are been asked to pay before delivery is due to the fact that the Delivery firm must pay each offices before the delivery for that magnitude of a check can be made.

Trust me, I understand, how it looks like to pay upfront charges for what you have not seen neither what you did not pay for (ticket). Good, for some time now, I do receive several mails different ones saying I have won this or that, some asking me to be their representative, I almost fell for them not until I was informed by the FBI, that they were all scam and frauds, I was shock and personally discovered they were saying the truth. Luck ran out of my Uncle and he paid so much to this thieves, I personally made him understand they are not who they say they are before he believed anybody, so be very careful. This is confirmed legal, from all indications and from all conclusions sales of Microsoft Lottery tickets will be on all shops and all over the world watch out, but before then please, file for claims.
