Replying my mail was just among the many wonderful things you've done to show me how much i mean to you and that you are sincere.
Like as i told you in my previous mail I'm Clara Smith,26 years old from the United States, I leave andwork in my countrywith the WORLD YOUTH ORGANIZATIONFOR HUMAN WELFARE.
I'm the second child of my parents. My parents havethree children two boys byname Alex and Tonyand onegirl which is me. The name of my father isJames Davidand my mother's name isEdith James. My father is an Ex-CIAAgent to the United Steats of Americawhile my mother is one of the senior personnel of US Congress House Committee on Education and Laborhere in California. I'm single and haven'tmarry once. My hobbies are reading, watching games, listening to soft melody, long driving, dancing and traveling. Some times I'm always busy with the job activities. I've be opportuned to havetraveled to many countries around the globe in our course of visiting some HIV/AIDS Patients andRefugee Camps in other countries. I'll be attending a combined International Conference in Africain thisyear 2008. The International Conference is
scheduled to hold in US first and follow by the one in Africa, Senegal. I'm one of the Organizers of this forth coming combined International Conferences which is taking place here in U.Sand later in Africa.We are invitingthree-five(3-5) delegates possibly comprised of male and female from each of the selected countries around the world. In our request to invite Organizations and individualfrom selected countries i and some of my colleagues went in search of e-mail on the website as a means of contacting Organizations in these countries. I picked your e-mail addfrom a pen pal site. But before your group or your Organizationcould be considered for participation in this most esteemed event, you are advice to forward to the above address the following requirement:
1) The Organization Profile
2) The Aims and Objectives of the Organization
3) Their Achievements so far.
With this information put into consideration by the Organizing Committee,theywill be officially invited to participate in this InternationalConference. Our Independent Donors will take care of all their round trip air tickets and visas Arrangements including their Accommodation throughout their stay in US and the Organizing Committee will process the US visa for all participant requiring entry visa to the US. Participants will only take care of their Accommodation during the other event in Africa, Senegal. As one of the Organizers i knew not of anybody from your country. Hence my writing to you is to gain assess to any Organizations or individual that are willing to participateinyour country. If you are interested in participating and want to represent your country, you should contact the Secretary to the Organizing Committee for more information and details on your free
registration procedures and inform the Organizer that i Clara Smithrecommended you. You'll need not to forward the above requirements for your group or Organization henceI'll give your recommendation to the Secretary. You are to contact the Organizer as soon as possible. As all participants visa request will be forwarded to the USBureau of Immigrant Affair for Authorization the same day. Any group visa request not forwarded on that same day withother will miss the visa assistance. You are to form a group of three tofive (3-5) persons. Your group can be of different Nationalities but all should be residing in the same country for easy US visaassistance.
For your information two different group can beregister from one country cosone of the group will be used to represent anycountry that will not be able to provide delegates that will represent their country.
