The bank director was talking of some money about $8.000 dollar that it is for their delievering charges for the consignment and that their bank ask you to pay the sum of $8.000 and that you do not need to pay all the $8.000 at once that you will have to pay $4.000 dollar and once the consignment get to you in your country Syria you will give to the dilpomate the remaining $4.000 dollar, So Brother what i want you to help me with now is to contact the bank and ask them on how you are to send to their bank the $4.000 dollar so that the consignment can be delieve to you at once without any delay as i do not want to stay in Cote d'Ivoire by next month ending because i know once the money is delieve to you all my problem will be over.

I was more than happy to have read from you as you can see and read i do not reply you on time it was because i have to go to the bank on time this morning before they will close since today is saturday and bank do not work till evening, i was there and i talk with the bank director and the bank lawyer about what you told me that you will like to pay the money once you recieve the consignment in your country.
But the bank director and lawyer let me to know that as they have already tell me before that they are not asking you to pay the full $8.000 dollar at once before they will deliever the consignment to you, that you are ask to pay $4.000 dollar out of the delievery charges which is $8.000 dollar, Brother ,what i want you to do now is that i will like you to just help me with this and send the $4.000 dollar to the bankat once so that the bankcan delieve the consignment and once you get the consignment all i want from you is for you to open the consignment and get the remaining $4.000 dollar out from it and give it to the delievery people ok.
