NOTICE TO ALL FUND BENEFICIARIES WITH FGN CARTEGORY "A"
It has come to our notice of the incessant abuse of offices by
officials locally and internationally mandated to carry out all
foreign payments. Complaints reaching us from contractors indicate
that these officials are extorting money from contractors before
releasing their funds. Some contractors/beneficiaries have thereby
abandoned their funds because of this ugly act.
In joint session with the national assembly and the office of the
presidency, effort were made to restore the hopes of all our honorable
contractors by fashioning a way of releasing their funds without
hitches. In view of this, this council has appointed a correspondent
for the purpose of
releasing contractors' funds without delays and this correspondence
has been approved by the national assembly.
This council has thereby been mandated to reach out to all
contractors/fund beneficiaries to ascertain their claims and submit
their payment files to the Contract Review Panel for evaluation and
re-approval of their contract payments for immediate release of their
funds.
Be notified that your payments has been short listed for re-approval
for payment in this last quarter payment of this fiscal year, 2008 and
you are to contact the Chairman of CRP, Hon. Jonathan O. Umar by Tel:

Note: You are to act immediately as instructed and stop every other
communication in respect of their contractual payments.
This notice should be treated with every importance/urgency.
