I have got in contact with the private fianance company where my late father deposited this fund and let them to know about my plan of withdrawing this fund and i have also made them to be aware of the death of my parents which they have confirmed,however,they need a very responsible trustee or my foreign partner who will stand on my behalf due to my refugee status in the present country where i resides hence their law does not permit people in refugee status the right to operate in any form of bank transaction in the country.
