My Benefactor Smith Family Foundation documented a file under the Reinvestment Patriot Act of the States, that I can transfer legal owner/beneficiary of his account deposit with Citibank to the only heir Ronald C. Rayborn who is just 14 years old under my Custodian.
The account deposit is cleared of non-criminal origin and anti-boycott compliance. Presently, I have been diagnosed with esophageal cancer. It has defiled all forms of medical treatment here in France and UK, and right now I have only about a few weeks to live, according to medical experts. In february 2009 I was contacted by the real Ronald C. Rayborn. He informed that he isn't 14 but 58 years old and there was a Mary D. Petersen Trust and it no longer exists. It never was a "foundation' type trust and she resided in Sun City West, AZ and died there in 2002.
If you received a similar letter, please ignore it. Do not answer it.
