First of all note that my e-mail is not a junk mail. I know that it is long but please read it carefully.
I am Solomon Ghartey, I want to tell you about this consignment that is right now with DHL Company and need to be delivered to overseas within 24 hours time. The delivery charges will be paid from the money inside the consignment and not from your assets.

This consignment right now with DHL I am talking about was sent from China to Nigeria through DHL courier. The consignment belongs to a traditional miner-villager and an orphan also, who lost his entire family in the Liberian war when he was 9 years old. I know him very well and was assisting him when he was at the refugee camp before he travels. I sold a piece of land that I inherited from father to source for funds for him to travel with the diamonds to China. The consignment he sent contained proceeds from the diamonds he took to China to sell and some diamonds. He could not transfer the cash out of China through bank from China because he does not possess a license to market diamonds so he decided to move the funds in cash by consignment via DHL courier to Nigeria, this was possible by a special arrangement he made with some DHL agents there.
He sent the consignment to Nigeria in my name and had an accident and unfortunately died two days in China two days after the shipment. He wanted me to use my connections in the DHL and Customs service to assist him clear the consignment from customs. Since the consignment arrived Nigeria over 5 months ago ,I have made high level contacts here to clear the consignment through customs but things are not working out as I expected because a custom officer whom I am close with who could have assisted to facilitate the clearing process had been re-deployed to another location outside the airport.
Now it is absolutely impossible to clear the consignment here without the customs checking it, as a result of this the only available option left is to re-route the consignment as a huge consignment containing CATALOGS to make it possible to be delivered in overseas destination without customs going through the normal customs screening procedure. I have made a solid arrangement with DHL Agents here to move the consignment direct to another overseas location and deliver it at the door steps of the recipient. And by doing so, I was looking for one of these foreigners who use to assist victims of war to transfer their funds or precious minerals. That it how I got your contact with the Nigeria Chamber of Commerce. I seek for your assistance to be the recipient of the consignment that is right now DHL. Believing that you are a man of God and philanthropist. I am a strong christian and very devoted to Christ, I have prayed over this issue before contacting you and I beleive my God doest not give me wrong directions and wrong advices. I helped this young man by faith and for the sake of Christ till he travelled and I beleive the same Christ will rescue these properties.
DHL have accepted to deliver the consignment as agreed. You would have to make this payment after you had taken delivery of the consignment, open it and take money from it and pay the delivery amount.
I also need to make a change of ownership of the consignment from me to you - meaning to change the beneficiary of the consignment to bear the name of the recipient as owner. Tthe change of ownership have to be obtained from the high court as it would involve swearing of affidavit.
I am giving you here the DHL Airway Bill No 3315958925 and you can call any DHL office and give them the Airway Bill Number to confirm it's authenticity, or logon to the DHL website www.dhl.com , enter the Airway Bill No. 3315958925 to track it and you will confirm.
I have asked them the telephone numbers of DHL in your country, feel free to call DHL over there and ask them whether DHL world Wild has a consignment with this Airway bill number 3315958925 ask them to tell you where is the consignment coming from and where was it supposed to be delivered, so that you will know by your self that this consignment has been waiting for collection .
You can also go to www.DHL.com and click on the DHL online tracking service and enter the Airway Bill Number 3315958925, to see the position of the consignment on your computer by your self. There is an amount of 2.8million USD in the consignment with DHL with diamonds and I am willing to donate 30% ( $840,000) of the money to you when DHL delivers it to you.
The change ownership will cost about $300 which I do not have now, but first I want you to confirm from DHL about this consignment for you to be sure. After you had confirmed from DHL, we would need $300 to pay for the change of ownership so that the movement can proceed without delay and the returns of my 70% share will be possible by bank. When you receive the consignment, just tell them to hold on a while. within that interval you can open the consignment, take the amount of $7,700 and pay the delivery charges to the DHL Agents.
As soon as the consignment is delivered to you, I will make traveling arrangements to meet you in your country to take possession of my 70% share of the funds. I want you to provide me your preferred address for the delivery of the consignment by DHL.
