With pleasure we received your email of interest in the International Youth Convention.We can only accept participants under recommendation, but since your recommendation comes from one of our Colleagues, I will give you the opportunity to participate in the forth coming Youth's Conferences. The forth coming Youth's Conference Tag:Anti-Terrorism and Child labour are scheduled to take place at (Global Youth's Welfare Convention hall) in Armsterdam between JANUARY-20th-25th 2009,and the second conference on CHILD LABOR will take Place at Cailton Beach Hotel Conference Room Spain, between FEBRAURY-5th-10th.

The theme of the forth coming Youths Conferences is to teach the youths on the need to avoid terrorism and also to condemn child labour which is increasing every day among the youths all over the world. The forth coming Conferences are being organized and sponsored by the UNICEF, United Nations Security Councils and wife of the First Ladies of Presidents of the United Nations who are the dependent donors.Only Three or four Youths are expected to participate together as agroup fromyour Country and none of them will be less than eighteen years, The independent Donors and the Sponsors will take care of your entire flight tickets, including your feeding and accommodation throughout your stay in Netherland.

You are only responsible for your hotel reservation in Spain where the second conference is scheduled to take place. Your Europe Hotel reservation confirmation will only prove to us that you must go to your country after Netherland Conference .We will open your participation file as soon as we receive your application form.You will receive futher directories regarding the conference,we will also direct you to our country Co-Coordinator as soon as your names reach to us.

Please note that we are not the Netherland Authority authorizing your visa's but we are working with dates directives from theNetherland Immigration Services, the authorities that are in charge of authorization of group visa's. We cannot add or reduce any given requirements for the authorization of participants visas participating in these events. And as such all requirements must be met by participants requiring the Netherland Visa. You are to find three or four other persons from your country to apply with you as a group. When you apply as a group from your country,your visas will be easily authorized. But if only you apply, then it is your personal visa. You will have to go to the embassy with your personal efforts without no assistance from the organizers and sponsors. When you apply as a group from your country the Netherland Immigration Services will now believe that you have a motive to come to Netherland.

The Netherland Immigration Services have asked all participants requiring the Netherland visa for this events, to handle their hotel reservation in Spain. This is the screening strategy and it also to convince the Netherland Immigration Service that all participants attending the Netherland conference will go down to Spain after the conference in Netherland. Without your accommodation reservation in Spain, Netherland Immigration Services will not authorize group visas. You must try all possibilities to book your hotel and get your hotel registration number.
You will be given the contact of one of our official Hotel in Spain where you are to make your accomodation reservation . UNICEF in EUROPE(one of oursponsors) subsided the total cost of accommodation in the three official Hotel which we are using in accomodating applicants €360 and €480 respectively ..You would be given more information on how your reservation can be made by by the HOTEL.I shall send you the contact detail of the coordinator as soon as the require data is sent to me.
