RE:Conference Room Reservation Accommodation

We have been given the honour by the TransWorld Youth Organisation to lease out hotel rooms for accommodation of people coming to our country for a conference that is scheduled to be held on the 21th-28th ofDecember2008.We again gotyour email today with a request to give you the price for a Hotel room reservation accommodationof one person for the seven days of the Youth Conference inclusive of Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner.
We have being receiving many E-mails and calls from lots of people coming for the conference from different parts of the world requesting for a Hotel room reservations,and we are treating every entry for rooms reservations accordingly.
Below are the prices for the rooms respectively;
Description of Room/Suit Per Night.
Single room withSingle bed for a night is; 50,526.32 XOF (CFA Franc BCEAO)=$120 USD (US Dollar).
We have the mandate of the World Youth Organisation not to issue minimum of 7(seven)nights per each participating group making reservations for rooms accommodations for the conference.
Single room withSingle bed for7(Seven) nights is; 353,683.95 XOF (CFA Franc BCEAO)= $840 USD (US Dollar).
We do not accept a part payments,you have to make a complete payments for the seven days of the Youth Conference.
Payments to the Hotel Management can be made through this following means;
Western Union Money Transfer only.
We do not accept payment with the Credit cards.We will issue you a confirmation receipt of payment to your E-mail address and house address through the DHL Express after we have received your money for the Hotel room reservations.All payments should be made to the Hotel management,thank you for choseing our Hotel sir.
