Because AAWPEP are not the employers but rather we serves as a channel where by the employers can gain access to talented and motivated persons of both sex to be part of this groundbreaking Poverty campaign by employing them through our employment program. Application is requested from suitable group of 4-15 persons from each country. This is a rational number for each country. Consideration may be given to some countries that want to apply with more than four persons.

The four Applicants will need to forward their application to our secretary at the zonal office by forwarding the group list which will comprise of their full data names, passport numbers, resident country, group contact telephone number, name of AAWPEP staff that recommend you, and dates of birth through these

A reference file number will be forwarded to the group by the secretary on receipt of the group data. To be on the application consideration queue, applicants that have been issued group reference file number by the secretary will need to fax their group reference file number to the Approval committee.
Members of each group without traveling passport should forward the following requirements for the processing of UN Emergency traveling certificates.
a. Applicant's scanned passport size photograph
b. Names, dates of birth and name of resident country (personal data should not be scanned together with the passport size photograph. The personal information should be separated from the photograph)
All approved groups will be notified with an approval certificate for the programme, which will also be forwarded to Barrister for onward processing of the group traveling documents.
Each approved group will need to forward their AAWPEP official application processing fee to our financial department before the official application forms will be forwarded to the group by e-mail to help each member of the group receive the original copies of the form. Each applicant will need to complete his or her application forms and return also by fax to the head office.
An official letter which will serve as back up documents for your visas will be forwarded to immigration department of your chosen country for the program to facilitate applicants visa processing. The official back up letter will be forwarded on behalf of applicants who duly completed their application procedures.

1) No application will be processed without the payment confirmation for the application-processing fee. Therefore applicants are advised to return their forms along with the group payment confirmation for the application-processing fee.
2) The official rate for the application processing fee is $235 USD per applicant and it non refundable.
3) Members without traveling passport will pay an extra fee of $110 USD for the processing of the United Nations Emergency traveling certificate. In all, an Applicant without traveling passport will forward a non-refundable total payment of $345 USD. All group forms and payment receipts should be forwarded to the Head office the same time.
