Hello, Miss Young
I have got four days ago e-mail from Vera Gukama which sounded very nice first and friendly. Then we had a small exchange of mail during the next days, till me a few doubts about the history of "Vera" arose. Then I gave the supposed company name "Gukama and Associates (Ltd)" of her "murdered" father with Google and, besides, am on her Internet page http://419.bittenus.com/7/5/AwaGukama/ pushed.
This has completely opened the eyes then to me what "Vera", or how she also is called always, concerns.
The story which has been presented to me then on the Internet page corresponds almost "word for word" with the E-Mails which I got from "Vera".
Enclosed I send the E-Mails and the pictures sent to me of "Vera"

MY Dearest one
How is your day?.
Mine is a little bit cold over here in Dakar Senegal.
My name is Vera Gukama I 'm 24, from Ivory Coast in
West Africa,5.11ft tall, Fair in complexion,(never
married before )presently, i am residing in the
refugee camp here in Dakar, as a result of the civil
war that was fought in my country.
My late father! Dr, Frank Gukama, was the managing
director of Gukama and Associates (Ltd), and he was
the personal advicer to the former head of state,
before the rebel's attacked our house one early morning
they killed my mother, also with my father in cold blood.
It was only me that is alive now,but I managed to make
my way to a near by country Senegal, where i am living
now in a refugee camp,and this computer is belonging
to a revrend that has the church here in the camp.
I would like to know more about you.Your like's and
dislike's,your hobbie's and what you are doing
presently.
I will tell you more about myself and what i have in
mind if you can be honest and trust with me. in my next mail.

Hello Dearest,
How are you today?
I believe you are doing fine,
I am more than happy in your reply to my mail.
mine is a little bit hot over here in Dakar Senegal. Its just like one staying in the prison and i hope by Gods grace i will come out here soon.We don't have any relatives now whom we can go to all our relatives ran away in the middle of the war the only person we have now is Rev. Ken Kamaga who is the pastor of the (Christ for all Churches) here in the camp he has been very nice to me since i came here but i am not living with him rather i am leaving in the women's hostel because the camp have two hostels one for men the other for women.
The Pastors Tel number is (+221-777-817-236) if you call and tell him that you want to speak with me he will send for me in the hostel. As a refugee here i don't have any right or privilledge to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country.I want to go back to my studies because i only attended my first year before the traggic incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.
Please listen to this,i have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me which i will send to you latter,because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank in Europe which he used my name as the next of kin,the amount in question is $9.7M(Nine Million seven Hundred Thousand Dollars). So i will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my travelling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you.I kept this secret to people in the camp here the only person that knows about it is the Revrend because he is like a father to me.
So in the light of above i will like you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone for i am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it. Remember i am giving you all this information due to the trust i deposed on you.I like honest and understanding people,truthful and a man of vision,truth and hardworking.
My favourite language is english but our language is french but i speak english very fluently.Meanwhile i will like you to call me like i said i have alot to tell you.

Happy to know how you are doing today.
I believe you are fine.
Mine is not fine due to the condition of this refugee camp but i believe very soon God is going to make it possible to me to go out from this horrible situation that i found my self due to the death of parents.
I am more than happy with your mail today.
My Dearest One, Ask you me about my fathers money on how he get money. Like told you in my mail that My late father! Dr, Frank Gukama, was the managing director of Gukama and Associates (Ltd), and he was a very big coca farmer in ivory coast and he exports it to make money and coupled with his political appointment with the Government Of Late General Robert Guei whom he is his personal advice on economic matters in my country.
Things became sad for me when the rebels took over the government and killed my parents and i managed to make my way out of my country.
Please darling don't remind of this ugly incidents i went through as i have started crying as i am writing this mail to you.
My family used to be a happy one as we have every thing we needed to enjoy life
until my parents were killed and life has not been what it used to be as i have to stop
my studies but i believe with you on my side i can start a new life with you immediately after the transfer of my money to your position for a lovely life.
Please my love just do your best for me to help an orphan girl like me. Please in my next mail i am going to give you contact of the bank that you will contact the bank and have conformation from the bank. as i have put every trust in you and i want you to know that you have taken the whole of my heart and i assure you that you will not regret anything you are about to do for me.God will reward you for taking the burden of an orphan and i promise to love and cherish for the rest of my life.
