With apologies for interference in your privacy I am Reverend Mrs Zoya Borislav a director of the above mentioned foundation and I am undergoing medical treatment in District Hospital, Mampong-Ashanti Ghana.I am writing you in regards to a good friend of mine and founder of St Stephen's Foundation,who was a foreigner and worked with Ashanti Goldfields Company Ltd, Ghana Unfortunately he died in 2000,He established these foundation to help less privileged people and children in our society which it was doing before the unfortunate death of its founder.

I am to conduct a standard process Investigation/Recommendation on behalf of Chase Diplomatic trust security company Ghana.This involves our late founder who shares the same surname with you and also the circumstances surrounding his boxes of funds of close to $7.2 Million and Kilos of Gold he deposited with Chase Diplomatic trust security company Ghana.

It was last week when the secretary to the foundation came to the hospital where i am taking treatments to tell me that the security company contacted the foundation about this deposit that we have to present the next of kin to our Founder or any of his relative who answers the same surname with him because the duration for securing the box and the Gold will soon elapse which will attract the Ghanian Internmational Law Deposit Act to confiscate such deposit if no claimer does not appear within the stipulated time frame it was deposited.
I have therefore contacted you to be legally nominated as next of kin (inheritor) to Our Late founder after all inquiries and investigation even with the relevant embassy has yielded results showing that there is no known or living next of kin.

The Security company made it clear that the Next of Kin/Relative the foundation will present as hair to our founder MUST COME IN PERSON IN THE SECURITY COMPANY to sign the release of the boxes so that they will ascertain and for us to identify you at the company as the righful beneficiary before the boxes will be released to you.

Since your brother died,the foundation had suffered a very big financial set back and even at this time I am in the hospital for weeks now ,the foundation and even the affairs of the orphans has worsened drastically.

You are required therefore to answer this questions to enable me make my recommendation to The security company
.
1.Can you confirm your willingness to accept this inheritance if you are legally and legitimately nominated through my recommendation to the security comapany and approved to stand as inheritor to these boxes?

Would you agree to donate 50% of this inheritance to our charity organization if you are officially recommended to the company in my powers to stand as the inheritor and also after selling the Gold will you give the foundation 50% of the sells?

2. ARE YOU READY TO COME IN PERSON TO SIGN FOR THE RELEASE BECAUSE THIS IS THE ONLY CONDITION THAT MUST COMPEL THE SECURITY COMPANY RELEASE THESE BOXES TO US AND ALSO FOR US TO TO SUCCEED.

It is pertinent that you inform me ASAP whether or not you are interested towards the issues mentioned.

You must appreciate that I am constrained from providing you with more detailed information at this point.Please respond to this mail as soon as possible to afford me the opportunity to provide you with more information on matter and upon your consent proceed with the recommendation of your person to the security company as the inheritor of the BOXES and also my health get worse day by day whereby I am not allowed to answer telephone calls ,I am only allowed with a laptop , it will be better for us if we can be fast about this for our lives are in the Lords hands of which I cannot predict my recovery.
