Employment and Housing program. Applicants are requested to apply as a family of 5-10 persons or form a suitable group of 5 to 10 persons from each country to occupy each of the family or group houses for easy understanding of each other.It cancan be of both sexes.

This is a rational number for each country. Consideration may be given to individual applicants, family or groups that are below the required number of persons provided they are able to meet up with the processing requirements for this type of application.
5-10 persons is more preferable as the processing requirements is more favorable and they will find easier to complete their payment and become house owners within few years .

In order to obtain a file code for this program, you will need to send name of your family or group members. As you may have read from the information concerning the date of the Employment recruitment, the time now is runing very short. We will need to open your group application file here in our office before it will be approved by the head office.

You should send to us your family or group informationWhen forwarding your names and others, you should indicate to us your country of interest for the employment andhousing program..After the approved of your fileby the head office, other files will be opened for your group at the head office in the US and at our office in your chosen country for the program. Your group will also have a file at the office of the flight coordinator for the advance arrangement and booking of your flight reservations .Also files will be opened for your group with theDepartment of Justice and Bureau of Immigrant Affairs for onward processing of your group travelling documents.

I will give you more directive as soon as your names and passport numbers reach us for the opening of your application files.Remember to include the name and e-mail address of IWCA staff that recommended you for this program for more clarification about you from him or her.

FILE CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILY OR GROUP OF 5-10 APPLICANTS ALREADY WITH TRAVELLING PASSPORT:
1)Name and passport number
2)Application processing fee processing for a total sum of 235 USD each

REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS WITHOUT TRAVELLING
Provision for an alternative travelling documents have been made available for applicants without international passport. The UN Emergency travelling certificate will serve for the purpose of travelling passport. But each applicant without passport will need to provide the following:
1)Name and date of birth of the applicant without interantional travelling passport
2)Name of applicant resident country
3)Scanned passport size photograph
3)UN Emergency certificate application processing fee for each applicant is 150 USD

If you are applying as a single applicant, family or group below 5 personsfor this program, you will need to meet up with the requirement for the visa application processing and others.The administrative personnels at the head office have indicated that It is more easier to process a group visa application than individual or less than 5 persons.,Hence single application or application of less than 5 persons as a group cost $500 USD for each applicant with passport while any of the applicant without passport will pay an extra fee of $150 USD for the processing of the UN Emergency travelling certificate.

The total payment of $650 USD.Successful applicants for thiscategory of filemay be asked to forward their processing feesto the financial department at our German office beforethe official aproval certificate will be issued to themby the approval department at the head office..

CAUTION TO THE GROUP LEADER
Every successful management or organisation lies in the efforts of the leader. You should endeavor to see that your group send the requirements of both applicants with passport and those without passports the same time and they should choose the same country for the program, they should have one contact e-mail address and telephone number for the group. The group leader should also see that you collect the application processing fee from each applicant before enlisting the name of any applicant as a member of your group. failure of one applicant to meet up with the application processing fee after the group approval will rob this golden opportunity from the group.So be warned.All applicants making up your group should have the complete requirement before forwarding their names. Please don,t rob others this opportunity if you can,t afford it.Many have looked forward to this program, so don,t be a hinderance to them.Some have made serveral attempts without the complete requirements. But I believed most of them must have buckled up to meet the requirement if they are approve again this year.
