The arrangement is thus; after all preliminaries has been settled, you will be required to join the security company in Spain to receive the consignment as the beneficiary and whereby you are unable to make your trip to Spain, the Diplomat who will escort the Consignment (FUND) will be able to deliver the Consignment (FUND) to the mentioned country below which you will be requested to meet with him there for the Claim of the Consignment (FUND).
