Hi Miss Young,
I was surfing through the net and came upon your site. I am a victim of scam by Human potential & Academicals Discovery Scheme or HPADS and I wanted to submit this story so that other people are not conned by them.I believe they are the samepeople who scam people through the agency Bureau of Global Manpower Recruitment or BGMR. It all started when I posted my profile on a matrimonial website christianmatrimony.com. This lady cynthia jackson contacted me and started off the conversation like the others. After few mails she wanted me to submit my CV to HPADS so that this people can arrange a visa and job for me in the US. She says she's working with DEA and never gave me her phone number. Before I submitted my CV i googled to check if HPADS was a fraud but I didn't see anyreports of scam by HPADS. She requested me to visit their website www.hpadsprogram.com. Its quite convincing. So i decided to go ahead and submitted my CV. The HPADS people then started asking me for the visa processing fees, insurance/health fees, refundable deposits and its when they ask me to make another terrorist clearance deposit I decided to back out. I paid them almost 7000 USD. They have a network for ASIA and Africa, Malaysia is supposed to be their regional office. Then canada, UK and US. If you check their website www.hpadsprogram.com you will get all this information and the people. I have attached the pics of Cynthia Jackson and the documents which the HPADS people sent me...Kindly publish the story in your site..
