Miss Jane Khalifa was in my office with Rev Father Emmanuel George to discuss about the issuing to you an authorisation letter and affidavit of oath that will enable you to stand on her behalf to transfer her inheritance from ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND PLC LONDON to your account in your country or elsewhere.
