get one.
3. The Death
Certificate of late Dr Solomon Beka (Her deceased Father)
to confirm his
death.
4. A copy of Bank
Last Statement of Account issued to Dr. Solomon Beka
by our bank before
his death.
Note that the
above documents are highly compulsory, and are needed to
protect our
Interest, yours, the next of kin during and after the
claims.

ensure that a smooth, quick and successful transfer
of the fund is made.
