Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Dear,

I want to thank you for replying my mail now. I will like you to read this email so that you understand what i want you to do for me concerning this deal. I want you to stand as a beneficiary to the total sum of four million, Six hundred thousand Great British Pounds sterling only. Please i want you to know that my late client and i deposited this fund in the bank that is why I want you to assist so that we can do this deal together. Note that, I cannot afford to compromise these virtues considering the money involved, it is necessary for me to be sure of the person to whom I will be entrusting such an amount to in this transaction, my trust is not given out lightly. What I expect from you is trust and total commitment.

There are lain down procedures to follow if we must have the said funds transferred to you. These procedurals I know and I also know that, to achieve this; we need to work together as one, being that your name had been short listed as a beneficiary of the dec eased person’s estate. Please i want you to take this deal very serous. Because, I will be spending so much to get all the documents we need to conclude this deal in your name.

This is a legitimate transaction of the case of my late client (Mr. James Garza-Chapa).I have contacted you in the hope that we can build up a firm relationship upon which this transaction can be executed. I am giving you a rare opportunity to the end that we will receive mutual benefits concerning the inheritance.

In regards to the above I want to know the type of occupation that you do and how old you are. You should note that this project is highly capital intensive this is why i have to be very careful.

In regards to the legality of the transaction, it shall pass through all our local Laws and that of International Banking; you are going to see everything for yourself as we progress.

As the attorney of my late client, I will handle the entire documentations; I will be responsible for drafting and notarization of the Affidavits which shall put you in place as next of kin. I would handle all matters of probate on your behalf; hence you would not have to be here physically, and you will not be required to be here in Court in order to obtain a certificate of deposit from my late client's bank and a WILL of testament from the probate registry, all these will be issued in your name. This will make you the bonafide owner of the funds for the both of us.

In light of the above, I will need your full contact information including telephone and fax numbers to enable me file necessary documents at our High Court of Justice, probate division.

As a matter of fact, I shall take care of the cost of running all the logistics involved on my side of this transaction, such as the obtaining of the entire necessary official documents from the South Africa authorities and other miscellaneous expenses, which I will incur. In order to ensure a hitch free transfer; certain backs have to be watered in a transaction like this. So this transaction is risk free to you as l will not need you to send me any money here in South Africa.

Kindly note that after removing my expense which will incur in regards to what I have earlier explained, we will be sharing the funds 45% for you and 55% for me. Please note that, i will be investing most of my share in our country. But, before i commence, I need to receive the above requested information including any form of your id for security of funds.

Hoping to get the information soonest, so that we can proceed with the transaction.

Yours Faithfully,

Peter Ozolua Esq.
