However,the bank could not release the fund to me on the condition that i have to provide somebody who is up to the age who can stand as trustee, so that they can handle the person over the money for safe keeping and investment on my name, until i am up to the age since i am a refugee and a girl of 23yrs, But at the moment,i am financial handicap that i can not afford to stay in refugee CAMP any more due to the condition of this place is getting worst every day and i can not afford to be here any more before i die,That was why i write to seek for avenue to transfer this money to a reliable and trustworthy partner for investment program.

i am here as a refugee because of the political crisis in our Country Ivory-Coast. Please i have agreed to offer you 30% of the total sum of $4.6 Million united state dollars for your assistance. For now, And I have every information and document needed for the Collection of the deposit with the Bank and i want you to Act as the beneficiary of the deposit for easy and smooth collection to your account abroad for investment purposes. Since My bread winner is no more and this is the only hope i have for my future survival, Your positive response will give me the greatest joy and relief. Please i need to transfer this money urgently because delay would not help me at all, and i need to relocate based on the political instability in this sub-region, to enable me continue my education in one of the best university over there in your country.
