Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

I am Miss Eunice Garba, I am single and never been married, i am 23 yeas old from Cote D'Ivoire in west Africa and presently residing in the Ndioum refugee camp here in Senegal where i am seeking political asylum due to the civil war that was fought in my country last two years. I am in surferings and pains here in this camp and i really need to have a man by my side to encourage me and give me good advice in life and help me to come out from this situation. My late father Dr Rufus Garba was chairman managing director of (GARBA INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LTD), in ABIDJAN the economy capital of my Country, and he was also the personal adviser to the former head of state before the rebels attacked our house one early morning and killed my mother and father in a cold blood. It is only me that is alive now and i managed to make my way to a nearby country Senegal where i am living now as a refugee. This Refugee Camp is headed by a Reverend Father, i used his office computer to send you this email and i only enter his office when he is less busy in his office. I would like to know more about you, your likes and dislikes, your hobbies and what you are doing presently. i like to meet understanding, loyal, sincere, trusthfull, kindly and friendly and more to that, a man of vision and truth. En este campamento nos resulta difícil salir porque no se nos permite hacerlo, al igual que su estancia en una prisión y la esperanza de l por la gracia de Dios l saldrá pronto. No tengo parientes que ahora puedo ir, todos mis parientes se escapó en medio de la guerra la única persona con la que tenemos ahora es Rev Thomas Ba que es el reverendo pastor de la (Cristo Rey Iglesias) aquí en el campamento que ha sido muy buena que me ha dado l vino a este campamento, pero mientras tanto, l no estoy viviendo con él y no l viven en el albergue de la mujer debido a que el campamento tiene dos albergues uno para hombres otro para mujeres. Como un refugiado, no tengo ningún derecho o privilegio para cualquier cosa relativa dinero o lo que sea, porque es contra la ley de este país. Quiero volver a mis estudios porque sólo asistió a mi primer año antes del trágico incidente que llevar a mi estar en esta situación ahora se llevó a cabo. La miel, por favor, l desea que usted sepa que l con mi difunto padre del estado de cuenta y el certificado de defunción aquí con l que me gustaría llegar a usted a ayudar a mí, porque cuando él estaba vivo que depositó cierta cantidad de dinero en el Banco que él utilizó mi nombre como los parientes más próximos. El importe en cuestión es de $ 3.8 (tres millones ochocientos mil dólares de EE.UU.). Por lo tanto, l igual que usted va a ayudarme a transferir este dinero a su cuenta y de que le envíe algo de dinero para mí que mi documentos de viaje y los billetes de avión para venir a reunirse con usted. In this camp we find it hard to go out because we are not allowed to do so, its just like one staying in the prison and l hope by God's grace l will come out this soon. I don't have any relatives now that i can go to, all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war the only person i have now is Rev. Thomas Ba who is the Reverend pastor of the (Christ the king Churches) here in the camp he has been very good to me since l came to this camp, but meanwhile, l am not living with him rather l live in the women's hostel because the camp have two hostels one for men the other for women. As a refugee, i don't have any right or privilege to any thing pertaining money or whatever because it is against the law of this country.
