Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Attn: Fund Beneficiary,

We wish to inform you that we are aware that you won one (1) Lottery here in Europe in the 2007/2008 fiscal year and your winning email was anounced & published on the National dailies.

After this developments, some scam artist and fraudsters who go ahead and buy this National dailies start sending you email notification on Lottery winnings with different Names & at the end of the day, they begin to reap you off your hard earnings and they wouldn't even give you a chance to claim your original winning.

This confessional statement was made last weekend by one of the fraudsters we apprehended at Manchester Layout and so we are going into details of all winners in the UK & Europe in the last two years and we want to know if you actually receive your winning (Funds) and if so, we wish to know all the Lottery you have won in this last six months.

As a Governmental Financed Security Outfit, we are not just bent on fighting against fraud, but enlightening the General Public about fraudulent transactions been perpetuated on the Internet. How to know it, how it's been perpetuated, how it can be prevented and avoid been a victim of it.

So we will expect your due co-operation that you forward to us all the email notifications/transactions you have received so far on Lottery Winnings in UK, Europe e.t.c and if you have paid any money to secure any of the winnings, we need all the informations so that we can bring the culprits to book.
