I just want to confirm that I have received your email. As a matter of priority, I want to draw your attention to the fact that like I stated on the initial draft copy of the terms for this loan, I said that the security deposit is paid for within 24 hours after signing the loan contract.

Thank you for the urgent response to my email about securing this loan deal.Having read through your email carefully and extensively, I am quite impressed by your wide knowledge in 21st century business methods and how far you have travelled. I can say categorically, that you are well taught and schooled in modern business procedure.

That said, you are also aware of the prsent problem in global financial market which was caused by reskless lending by major US banks which now resulted in present Sub-prime mortgage crisis.The urgency of that financial burden is bearing on most bank that is why strict rules are now being imployed to help curb the effects and subsequently ensure that financial regulations prevent his from happening again.

Due to the fact that you do not have EU clearance and other documentations for loan requirement, it will be difficult to obtain loan from you native country in Germany.

However, I am willing to help you with this loan as long as we agree to certain terms of the loan.If we conclude every details of the loan requirements today, your loan can be transferred as early as next week Tuesday, all things being equal.

The requirement for the complete transfer of your loan are listed below:

1). The loan will be a combine loan of 600,000 euro

2). The loan will be given at an Interest rate of 9% Fixed rate compounded annually as a declining effect of the principal amount.

3). There shall be no default in payment of the interest not more than 10 days of the due date.

4). There will be no fees charged for the loan.

9). The document for the loan will be signed before a British High Court and will be enforcable by the same court or any other English   court within the EU .

I have read through your email. I have received the International passport that you sent.

I have attached my International passport to this email for your review. I will send you the loan contract document for you to sign. Once the company lawyer have confirmed that you have paid the security deposit of 4'500 Euro, the company will be mandated to effectively release the transfer of your loan of 600'000 euro immediately.

Payment by wednesday will be fine but first you will have to sign all the neccessary documents.

Because we will need to keep record of all documents that you sent, just sending the MTCN number will not be accepted. Try and get to an Internet center and scan the payment receipts and send it to me or Fax the western Union payment receipt to 0044 700 580 3043.
