Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

If you received a similar email, you should go to the homepage to read more about 419 fraud.

Dear Sir,

In any case, I am left with no option but to contact you in this manner. My decision to write to you was informed by knowledge that being established personally that you could be disposed to understand my predicament in order to give me the assistance I required, I am Mathias Dongonda son of late Mr. Mahachi Regis Dongonda, who was murdered by the Zimbabwean veterans and irate black people. Before the death of my father, he was a Prosperous Tobacco and Coffee farmer in Zimbabwe and one of the major sponsor/ Financier of the opposition party Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) in Zimbabwe. He was also the former president of Farmers Co-operative Trade Union in Zimbabwe.

I am writing you from Johannesburg, South Africa. I write to solicit for your special assistance to a family shattered by a tyrannical government led by the dictator President "Robert Mugabe" and his (ZANU-PF) ruling party. I am probably of the conviction that you are aware of the present situation in my country sequel to the politics and farm land crisis in Zimbabwe. the government secretly sponsored the war veterans and some irate party members to disposes the land being occupied by whites and some rich black farmers who are opposed to his consistent stay in power and his radical and unnecessary reforms targeted at his political opponents. This action has led to the killing of some members of the opposition party including my father, who did not support this ill-fated action.

Before the death of my father and the consistent threats to his life, he anticipated some dangers and so he smuggled out the sum of (US$ 7,650,000.00) Seven Million Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars to South Africa since it is the nearest neighboring country and deposited it in a security company in a vault for security reasons, with the intention of using it for the purchase of New farm machinery and chemicals for Agricultural purposes in South Africa as well as a purchase of some hectares of land in Swaziland.

Since my father's death they have been terrorizing my mother and my only sister, but I succeeded to work for our escape to a neighboring country South Africa as a political asylum seeker (refugee). But our position in South Africa does not permit us to open an account or normalize this fund for any meaningful business transaction in South Africa since we does not have a South Africa Identity Card. That is why I want you to assist us in standing as my late father business associate to claim this box/money on our behalf and to invest it in your country.

If it appeals to you to help me, I will suggest you take a trip to South Africa for us to meet face to face and finalize before moving the fund or if there is any other means you can suggest for the transferring of the fund to your very position pending my arrival to meet with you for investing of the money with any profitable business you introduce, as I have decided to do away with Africa entirely. I want immediate confirmation of your interest on either our phone number or through our e-mail address. As soon as I get your response I shall give out more details on how we shall proceed. Kindly keep this proposal strictly confidential because of our present status here in South Africa.

Thanks and remain blessed. I wait to receive a favorable response from you urgently.

Yours faithfully,

Mathias Dongonda
