Please listen to this, My late father Dr Majzoub Al-khalifa when he was alive deposited ( 80 kilos of Golds and 2,220 carate Diamonds Gem stones ) in a leading Security and Finance Company in the West African country of Dakar Senegal, which he used my name as the only daughter and next of kin.
The MEDIUM SIZE TRUNK BOX was locked by my late father before he deposited it with the Security and Finance Company as a SAFE DEPOSITE ITEM, he left the KEY NUMBER OF THE MEDIUM SIZE TRUNK BOX with me and with instruction for me to retrieve this MEDIUM SIZE TRUNK BOX with the help of a foreign partner.

I want you to know that I have my late father's Deposit Certificate which the Security Company issued to him when he deposited the MEDIUM TRUNK BOX with them and I also have my late father's Death certificate here with me which i will send to you later.

I want you to do me a favour and receive this MEDIUM SIZE TRUNK BOX in your country and when you receive the TRUNK BOX, I will send you the KEY NUMBER to open it and from it you can arrange for me to leave the camp hostel and get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you. My plan is to sell the Golds and Diamonds and invest in real estate business with your help.

I kept this secret to people in the Church here, the only person that knows about it is the Reverend father Elijah Moses because he is like a father to me. I received your mail and I want you to know that the reason why I did not reply you since is because I am not truely sure if you are capable to help me, You suggested that we sign an agreement letter covering you in this transaction and I contacted a Lawyer who went to the High court and found out the cost of the document and I told you but you refused to pay the money rather you said that I should pay the lawyer when you know that I am a refugee here and I find it very difficult to eat even 2 times a day, bnot to talk about paying $250USD to the high court for the document.

I also contacted the Security Company and the Director told me that for them to deliver the trunk box to you, you will pay the delivery charges and air ticket for the Diplomat who will deliver the trunk box to your house, so my dear, after careful thoughts over the whole transaction, I said in my mind that if you cannot pay for the agrreement document, how can you pay the delivery charges for the Security Company to deliver the trunk box to you, I want you to know that I am suffering here in the refugee camp and the reason why I contacted you is to help me and receive the trunk box and also help me and come over to your country.

Like I told you before, I am a refugee here in Dakar Senegal and I don't have any fiscal cash with me even to eat 2 times a day but I have the key number of the trunk box which my father left for me before he died and as soon as the Diplomat arrives your house with the trunk box, I will send you the key number to open the box, take out some money from inside the box and send to me to get my visa, pay for my air ticket and prepare and join you.

Concerning your suggestion as to this transaction, I also want to inform you that there is some cash inside the TRUNK BOX worth $3.5 Million USD plus the Golds and Diamonds.

I want you to know that the Security Company does not know the contents of the TRUNK BOX, my late father did not disclose the contents to them when he deposited the TRUNK BOX for security reasons, rather, he told the Security Company that the TRUNK BOX contains photographic equipements and family documents, my late father locked the TRUNK BOX and left the KEY NUMBER for me before his death.

This afternoon, after I received your mail, I contacted the Security Company Director and I discussed with him and told him about you and he said that you can either come down here in Dakar Senegal to their office and claim the TRUNK BOX or the Security Company will deliver the TRUNK BOX to you in your house within 2 days door to door service by their Diplomat, he said that you should contact them so that he will explain to you the modalities of the release and delivery of the TRUNK BOX to your house.

So my dear, it is much safer to deliver the TRUNK BOX to your house than to open it and start transfering the contents through bank transfer, this isAfrica and it is not safe to open the TRUNK BOX here due to the instruction which my late father left for me before his death and also because the Security Company does not know the contents.
