Dear Recipient,
I have previously sent you an email; please confirm the receipt of this mail due
to the urgency of this matter. If you are not in the position to represent us at
the moment, kindly advise immediately.
My name is Daniel Goguen. I represent Power Legal (a registered body of
litigation experts based in the UK). We handle all types of commercial
litigation matters for companies and individuals. Naturally, our service is
particularly useful for a small business with limited funds which has a valid
claim against a large opponent. We operate on a no win – no fee basis and we
receive our payments in ratios of the claim amount which is agreed upon by our
clients.
Due to the global economic recession, so many of our clients have been owed and
being that payments seemed like it wasn’t forth coming, sort our services and we
stepped in and currently many of their debtors are ready to make these
outstanding payments. This could prove to be complicated based on the stringent
laws of international money transfer. After a careful review, we decided to20
contact you to represent our company in North America to facilitate remittance
of such collected funds.
We are of the opinion that a reputable delegate is required to represent us in
North America in order for us to recover monies due to our clients by overseas
customers, and as well follow up with these remittance to Power Legal and our
clients.
We understand that a proper Attorney-Client agreement must be entered into by
both parties and this will be done immediately we receive your letter of
acceptance. Feel free to contact Robert for further info or indicate your
interest:
ROBERT HOLLYER.
