Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am invited to an employment program and offered a job abroad. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never get the job, because it never existed. Most of these letters are spread via dating sites.

We are looking for a Day Receptionist and a Night Receptionist to join our large Reception team of approx. 30 to help deliver excellent customer service to all of our guests. The main responsibilities of this role are to check-in / check-out guests, ensure that bills are correct on departure, allocation of rooms to guests and helping the Reception Supervisors ensure that all customer enquiries are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
It is essential that you are flexible in your working hours for this role, as the position is full time and operates on a shift basis (early 7am - 3pm / late 3pm - 11pm) 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Night Receptionist hours are from 10pm - 6am or 11pm to 8am. You will have a smart appearance and excellent communication skills are able to work calmly under pressure and maintain Hilton standards at all times. Ideally you will have a hospitality education and experience in working in a customer facing environment for larger 4/5 star hotels. You have an outgoing and friendly personality and are happy to work in the either the day or evening. You will have good working knowledge of Fidelio, be able to multi task, be organised and be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and a heart for customer service.
