When i got your mail and i was a bit happy but honey my
situation here is very critical as in conclusion you will found out that i
am an Orphan , but please let that don't scare you away, i need a life

My condition here is

INSTRUCTION US$5,934,000.00 (FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY FOUR
THOUSAND US DOLLARS ONLY)
Transfer of your fund was supposed to be done
today on receipt of approval of Foreign Exchange Allocation from Federal
Ministry of Finance, but unfortunately we can no longer proceed with this
transfer as earlier scheduled. Please see attached letter from Ministry of
Finance.
My bank has been
instructed to hold the transfer of your money until we confirm that you have
paid the sum of 9,000.00 euros (Nine thousand euros Only) to the ministry
through your lawyer here in senegal. This amount as you can understand from the
attached letter represents Poverty Alleviation Levy you supposed to pay to
Federal Inland Revenue Services division of the ministry of finance even before
you apply to us for this transfer.
Meanwhile, I hope you are
aware of the fact that the foreign exchange amounting to US$5,934,000.00
allocated to you by ministry of finance has already been gazette by them and
approved by Central Bank of Senegal and Accountant General of the Federation and
