Sequel to your previous mail which i recieved yesterday,Like i told you i went
to the Ministary of Internal affairs this morning to enquire about the
Anti-terrorist.
After meeting with the Director of internal affairs who gave me the slue and
the procideures to get the certificate ready.
I made them understand that its for my good clients who is waiting to recieve a
huge amount into his account but due lack of Anti-terrorist certificate the
Bank couldnt transfer the money.
So therefore firstly they requested that you should buy the Anti-terrorist form
with the sum of 500dollars so that after filling it i will submit it to the
general authority to approve and verify it before they will issue out the
certificate.
So i am writting to inform you that you should send me the 500dollars to
purchase the Anti-terrorist form to enable me fill and submit to them today.
Kindly send the money immidiately because i have a case to handle at the High
court today.

My dear i read your series of mail and i understand that the lawyer is back to
senegal and have compete the signing of the document for the transfer and your
second mail again says that the Bank request another document called anti
terrorist to prove that the money is not for terrorist.
My dear iam so worried to hear this because i expected the bank to complete the
tranfer immidiately.
But do not worry about your rent as you will still pay
them in excess as soon as they have completed the transfer.I will also advice
you to contact our dear lawyer to seek for his help once again.
I have also written to the Bank to know why they need these document and that i
and my late father are not terrorist.
But the Bank replied me saying that since the attack of America on
september 11th ,the world monetary organisation has put
in place that for any huge money transfer there must be an anti terrorist
certificate to prove the geniueness of the money and also that the money will
not be used to support terrorist.
So my dear after reading the mail from the Bank ,i understand that its very important that we must get the Anti terrorist
certificate to enable a successfull transfer.
So sweetheart do not worry i believe the lawyer with
his level of operation will help you get the certificate.
