Actually,We have earlier been informed about you by the young lady(Miss Queen Amah ) who is (the next of kin to her late father's fund deposit in our bank ) that she wishes you to be her trustee/representative for the claim of her late father's deposit with this bank.
Her late father Dr Fedrick Amah is our late customer with substantial amount he deposit with us before his death. Hence you have really been appointed as a trustee to represent the next of Kin.
However before our bank will transact any business concerning the transfer of the fund to your bank,we will like you to send the followings immediately to our bank:
1.A power of attorney permiting you to claim and transfer the funds to your bank account on her behalf.
Note:This Power of attorney must be endorsed by a Senegalese resident lawyer( since the money is originated from Africa and the Girl is Currently residing in Senegal)
2.The death certificate of Her deceased father confirming his death.
3.A copy of the statement of account issued to her deceased father by our bank.
4.An Affidavit of support from Senegalese high court there in Africa.
Note:The above are compulsory,and are needed to protect our interest,yours and the next of kin after the transfer has been made.
These shall also ensure that a smooth,quick,risk free and successful transfer of the fund is made within 48hrs from when we receive the above named documents.

She has just showed me a STATEMENT/ CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT and Her father's DEATH CERTIFICATE which are some of the documents needed by the Bank for the transfer.
Now as requested by you for the processing of the two remaining doccuments(POWER OF ARTTORNEY & AFFIDAVIT OF OATH) needed for the transfer,you are to forward these items to our office.
1.Your full names, address , phone and fax numbers as you would want it to appear in the power of arttorney.
Upon the receipt of the aforementioned documents, I will proceed to the Federal High court with them, Statement/Certificate of deposit and Death Certificate for Attestation. I will then swear affidavit of support to change you as the owner of the fund and then with this, the bank will now effect transfer to any bank account of your choice.
Having said this,From the inquiries made at the Federal High Court today, please note that all this service will be subject to the payment of our legal service charges. And also you are to pay the cost of oath fee including the stamp duty fee, notary stamp and authentification fee.
Legal Charges:3,500$, Ordinarily, our fees when it comes to transnational project of this magnitude, we charge 8,000.00.$. We are compelled to reduce our fees to 5,700.00 $ due to the very poor situation of our Client (Miss Queen Amah)
To this end, we have accepted that our service charge be paid to us once we complete this project. However, the only financial expenditure that will have to be needed instantly is the Oath fee, Notary and Stamp duty fee as listed below:

Stamp duty Fee 480 $......................................To be paid in Court
Notary and Authentification stamp:1.125$........To be paid in court
TOTAL CASH NEEDED AT HAND.......................2,530 $.

Please note that we had to be minimal in our service charge because of the present condition of Miss Queen Amah and Reverend Father who gave us the details of her conditions in the Refugee camp.
Take Note: We have to receive this payment 2,530 $ before we commence operation.
You are therefore advised to send finances to enable us pay oath fee , Notary and stamp fees.To do this, you will have to send the money through Western Union MoneyTransfer to My Secretary's name and address therein.
