over three weeks now, we have been waiting for you to contact andplace order

the above again, but the only fee you are required to pay is the accrued

since the cheque was drawnin your name.
At
the moment, and as calculated, the accrued security fee of your parcel in our
Security Warehouse is 195.34GBP British Pounds Sterling or its equivalent in
your local currency for the security keeping fee of the cheque; our Security
Warehouse Department can only release the cheque to the dispatch department for
delivery to your address if this fee is received by them. Please, do understand
that we don't operate C.O.D in security keeping fee because it is meant for the
security warehouse department for the keeping of your cheque so far.
