Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

To:

Dear Sir,

My name is Master Kalu Brown, a 17 year old undergraduate studying Medicine at the Almadu Bello University Ile-Ife. I am the only son of late Mr. Kenneth Brown who died last Month.

I am sorry to bother you because I don’t know if I am contacting the right person. Before my Dad died, he told me he was doing business with you regarding transfer of $45,000,000.00 to your account. He did not give me details of the transaction but he mentioned a name and address to me so I am just guessing hoping that you are the right person but if you are not, you can still help me out.

As a young boy, I am not too conversant with this kind of money movement but I was told that the money is currently with a bank and ready to be transferred. My Dad was able to change the documents of the deposit to his name as the owner of the $45M so I am seeking your assistance to instruct the bank to move the funds to your account as the Beneficiary.

I am having problems with my Uncles who I suspect have a hand in my father’s death and I can not trust anyone here since they have not been fair to me and my younger Sister Mariam Brown. We have decided to seek for help from outside our country believing that who ever will help us will not cheat on us.

We shall be glad if you will respond and tell us that you can help us receive this money in your account pending when we will come over. You can assist us invest the funds as it may take us another 2 years to be able to get there because of our education. We need someone we can trust and if you can be trusted, we shall forward the details of the funds to you and introduce you to the bank as our Guardian since our Mother is late. She dies 5 years age and life has not been easy without a Mother.

My father before his death was working with the Nigerian National petroleum corporation (NNPC) as a Director and immediately he died; our Uncles quickly changed all his documents to their name leaving nothing for my Younger Sister and I.

Please respond indicating your interest and readiness to assist us also forward your telephone number and time we can call you so that my sister and I can call you and talk to you. We need someone who will be a Mother or Father to us not someone who will treat us like our devilish uncles.

We await your urgent response.

Regards,
Master Kalu & Mariam Brown
