September 11th, 2001,Terrorist Attacks on the World Trade Center in NYC a dutch oil merchant ,Mr.Johann Daimler die of heart failure after the news of his wife and kids and he made a numbered of (Fixed) Deposit for twelve calendar months, valued at (Ђ) 17,350,000.00 (Seventeen Million Three Hundred Hundred and fifty Thousand Euro only) in my branch.Upon maturity,I sent a routine notification to his forwarding address but got no reply. After a month, we sent a reminder and finally we discovered from his contract employers, the British Petroleum co-corporation that Mr.Johann Daimler died from heart failure further investigation,
I found out that he died without making a WILL,and all attempts to trace his next of kin was fruitless.
I therefore made further investigation and discovered that Mr. Johann Daimler did declare his wife and daughter as next of kin in all his official documents, including
his Bank Deposit paperwork in my Bank. This sum of (Ђ)17,350,000.00 is still sitting in my Bank and the interest is being rolled over with the principal sum at the end of each year. No one will ever come forward to claim it. According to inheritance Laws of the United Kingdom, at the expiration of 5 (five) years, the money will revert to the ownership of the Local Government Authorities here in Ireland, United Kingdom, if nobody applies to claim the fund.
Upon this discovery, I now seek your permission to have you stand as a
next of kin to the deceased as all documentations will be carefully
worked out by me for the funds to be released in your favor as the
beneficiary's next of kin. It may interest you to know that I have
secured from the probate an order of madamus to locate any of deceased
beneficiaries. Please acknowledge receipt of this message in acceptance
of our mutual business endeavor by furnishing me with the
following;
1. Beneficiary full name and address
2. Direct Telephone and fax numbers
3. Occupation and position
4. Nationality and Date of birth
5. Marital status
6. Gender/sex
These requirements will enable me file letter of claim to the
appropriate departments for necessary approvals in your favor before
you can personally appear for the claim. I shall be compensating you
with 30% of the total money while 10% will be for any expenses incurred
the rest will be mine on final conclusion of this project. Please note
that your share stays while the rest shall before me for investment
purposes.
