As for the foreign bank, The Bank below is an online German bank and it has branches in Spain, Germany, Republic of Ireland and United States Of America. I want you to contact theSpanish branch by email or by phone and ask on how to set up an account with them..
As a matter of fact I shall take care of the cost of running all the logistics involved on my side of this transaction, such as the cost of retaining the services of the Attorney and obtaining the necessary official documents from the Taiwan authorities and other miscellaneous expenses which I will incur to ensure a hitch free transfer, certain beaks have to be watered in a transaction like this.
You will be required to take care of the cost of opening the two accounts and having the accounts activated in your country and the finance house bank out side your country. The reason I am telling you this is because if we transfer the money from here to your account when it is not active the transfer will bounce back hence the money will return to its source which is my bank, I do not want these complications

The fund will be transferred to FINANCE HOUSE BANK first after which I will instruct you on how you will transfer straight into your other account in your country. We are taking these measures so as to not attract the monetary bodies. The Monetary bodies will see this transfer as in-house transfer (Same telex type and banking coordinates with my Bank). You can then transfer the funds in safe bits to your and my main account for both of us.

I have tried calling you twice,but your line is not going through,you need to get your facts right,majority of the banks now have internet banking including my bank here in taiwan,you could fax your correspondent to them and they will fax theirs back to you,all you need to make your internet banking effective is your username and password that is all,its as easy as that,i am a banker and its my field,you can also transfer funds to any part of the world through the same means,you should know by now that the banking sector has gone fully computerised,please we need to move swiftly so that we can have this funds transferred from my bank without stress,here is my personal number call me any time +862151294633.

I once again appreciate your effort and commitments,we shall be start enjoying our labour sooner enough,i have to raise $80,000 dollars equivalent as we speak ,because thats the COT (cost of transfer) for transferring the 40million dollars from my bank to your account in the spanish bank,its not easy for me ,i am almost through with arranging that,please just try and have the account opened as i already have my hands full here already,i wouldnt want to start bothering myself about 500euros,please try and open the account asap,i will be calling your phone afterwards.
