Following my discussion with her lastnight,ihave collected all the depository documents from Mr. Julius tosort the differentin arranging for asuccessfullychange of ownershipto your name.
As in a brief meeting heldtoday's morningwith the chief security company officer about retrieving of the consignment and changing the ownership of the entire depository documents bearing the name of the deceased to your name, all discussion and arrangements went successful butwe are required to provide the followings on our next visit:
(A) Registration & notarization order from the security company head office.
(B) Affidavit from the court/police clearance
(C) Legalization & administrative fees of $520
(d)Your passport copy and physical address in uk.
I have just informed Mrs.Shanbango aboutall the requirements which she has authorized me to pass the information’s to you, therefore you are required to send only (C) & ( D) which is the legalization & administrative fees of $520 while I do my best to procure/obtain the rest requirements which will also help me to establish a legal structure for smooth/legal transfer of that fund following the current OFAC regulation on all international fund transfer.
Kindly arrange to send the required fees immediately including your physical addressbecause my next appointment of meeting with them to execute /effect the change ownership is onFriday being 3/04/2009 by 4 pm..
