Martha Pearl Mattins: stranded in a Hotel

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

	From: Martha Pearl Mattins marthamattins@gmail.com Subject: Re: Date: Sunday, August 23, 2009, 5:27 PM Hello Dear, Well let me start by saying thank you for the love and affection you've shown me so far but i need you to know something about me now,so you would know if you still want to stay with me or you would rather prefer to leave me alone in my tears and pain,It's quite a sad story and sometimes,i really don't have anyone to open up to, you're the first person i will tell about this and maybe it's just because you're soft spoken,but i'd like to tell you what happened and why i got stuck down here,like i told you before that i am presently stuck in Nigeria....What happened is that I was on a research trip to Africa with a friend who intended to introduce me to some business.we planned to make findings about the level of availability and exportation of cash crops especially cocoa product in Africa, at the end of our finding i never knew that my friend had a different intentions because we were supposed to leave the following day after we finished finding but she advised that we should stay and relax in the Hotel where we lodged for three more days before we leave but a day before the day we was suppose to get on the plane back to the states she left the Hotel without my concern with all i had, including my money and some valuable items and she left a note for me that she had left for London, immediately i reported the case to the Hotel manager who was indifferent about the issue, but he never believe because he always see us as a good friend and all he want now is the Hotel bills that i owe.I have nothing on me and i cant afford to pay the bills and the hotel manager have seized my passport and return ticket also insisted that the bill must be paid before they can return my traveling document to me...We both bought a round trip ticket and i am afraid mine is gonna expire soon....All i need now is to pay the bills and get back to the state immediately but there is nobody i can turn to right now because my friend was the last person i expected to do this to me and i still can't believe this because she was the only person i had and trusted so much.....You might find this difficult to believe but i will understand and try not to hold it against you but i will appreciate it if you can believe and trust me on this because i need your help out of this mess that i found myself and i promise you that i will never make u regret of helping me....Also if you will not think i am so cheap i wouldn't mind making it up to you straight from here to prove myself to you before i return back home......Like i said I have my passport and my return ticket but the problem now is that the Hotel authority have seized it from me all because of the Hotel bill i owe after my friend left me....I wish you can believe and trust me enough to help me and pay the Hotel bill believe me i need your help so that the Hotel could release my traveling documents back to me then i'll get on the next available flight as soon as the bill has been paid.....I am ashame of myself asking a total stranger for help or any kind of assistant but my friend left me with no choice after what she did to me...Help a sister out and give a life back to me because am hopeless and no one for me....Please write back soon.
