You did NOT win the lottery. A real lottery will not ask you to pay money to claim your prize.

The emails were sent from free email accounts, and the telephone numbers are mobile phones.

The FNB letter was not prepared by the bank but by "Cito Cyber Cafe" !

The winners certificate is a modified version of certificate for another fake lottery: EURO-AFRO AMERICAN SWEEP STAKE AMERICAN LOTTERY.

I suggest you stop all further contact with these criminals.
