Subject: Dear Miss Young,
Dr.Innocent Laurent.
Elf Total Servicing,
14, Avenue des Citronniers,
France.
Dear Miss Young,
Thanks for your quick response. I am Dr.Innocent Laurent, an accountant
with the Unibeton S.A. Monaco an oil servicing company under Elf Total
France. My position is very sensitive.
I am married with two children and hold a degree in Accountancy and
Business Studies. I am due for retirement any moment from now, after
many years in service. I require urgently your unreserved assistance
in assisting me transfer the sum of
seven Million United states dollars ($7,000,000.00) to any bank account
of your choice. This fund is the excess fund generated from an
over-invoiced contract we executed for Elf Total France .
The purpose of the transfer is to take care of my retirement by investing
in variable business you might deem fit to advise. This fund is kept
in a suspense account in one of our bank accounts in Switzerland until
I am able to source for a reliable Expatriate partner whom I can present
as the Beneficiary of the funds. You will take the status of the contractor
who executed the contract and I will arrange the supportive documents
for the transfer. 37% will go to you as compensation for assisting me
transfer the funds.
Everything about this transaction is real, after putting in so many
years in service, it is only normal for me to take good measures to
secure my period in retirement. I have put in resources and time to
bring this transaction to this level, which means that it represents
a lot to me and hopefully with help from you, in just a matter of weeks.
It shall come to mean a lot to you too as we meet in your country to
celebrate to enable us commence effective process to finalize this matter.
If my proposal is acceptable to you, please kindly confirm via a revert
email and send to me your full name telephone and fax numbers to enable
us discuss further about this proposal.I want you to understand that
age has nothing to do with this transaction all we require is your full
trust and sincere co-operation.
I look forward to your reply and co-operation, and I thank you in
advance as I anticipate your co-operation.
Sincerely,
Dr.Innocent Laurent

Dear Miss Young.
Thank you very much for your positive and prompt response to my email
message.Be rest assured that,if we play our various roles very well, the
funds will definitely be transferred into your account for our mutual
benefit, at the latest,in about a forth night.
I urge you to trust me on this project, and we shall successfully transfer
the funds in no time.
The procedure is simple,All that needs to be done at this stage is
for you to send me a name to use in registering a company. I will fill
and return the application form.I will use my influence and my position
to facilitate the registration of a company in your name. This is done
largely to confer legitimacy on you as the bona fide Sub-contractor
and thus legitimate owner of the said funds.
I wish to stress further that you should keep this transaction confidential
until we are able to secure the US$7,000,000.00 Million in your bank
account or get a draft issued in your name in like sum.
The need for these attributes cannot be overemphasized considering
the nature of the Project and the fact that its direct participants
are career Workers, who are still in active service and will not want
their public status jeopardized.
PROCESS OF TRANSFER TO YOUR ACCOUNT
(i) Upon the receipt of either your bank account particulars or a name
you want issued on the draft. That is,if you prefer payment via international
bank draft, I will forward the application for claim to our bankers
for payment.
Once i am able to finish the documentation work at our corporate Head
office, the contract file will subsequently be sent to the Ministry of
Finance for vetting and subsequent approval.
In the course of executing this project, all legalisticrequirements
precedent to the release of contractual payments will be religiously
adhered to. You therefore do not have any thing to worry about,as all
relevant documents will be obtained and copies made available to you.
These will confer legitimacy on the payment, and your bankers will be
duly satisfied as to the origin of funds.
For taking part in this project you get 37% of the total sum as compensation.
I want to assure you also that the transaction is 100% risk free, legally
and otherwise neither from your government nor from my government. All
the step and procedure that will be adopted to get the fund transfered
will be done in accordance with my country's law and in accordance with
any international law.
To solidify our partnership,i need to speak with you on phone, could
you please email me the telephone number you want me to call and the
best time you want me to call you.
Yours Faithfully.

Sir, I received the payment slip you sent. The signature on it is
not Miss Youngs, and I have informed the bank about that. They immediately
annulled the bank transfer, which was stuck for some reason. I am trying
to find out who signed the transfer of her money.
Miss Young is still in a coma, and we haven't been able to contact her
yet. She is still dependant on life-support-equipment. I hope to be
able to charter a plane and a medical crew next week, that will take
her back to the states.
I hope you understand that I cannot send you the $15,000 before I find
out who signed the bank transfer. I have to know whether it was Miss
Young herself, or someone using her name, that started this business
with you.
Sincerely yours, ...

Sir,
Miss Young is still unconscious, and I cannot tell you if/when that
will change. Her situation is now stable, and she will be flown back
to Seattle tomorrow by a special plane.
Regarding the payment slip, I was informed that the payment was stopped
by the police because your bank account apparently is on their list
of accounts they check closely. I was not given any reason why your
account is on their list. I hope your are not involved in any criminal
business?
Sincerely yours, ...

Dear Jacques,
I am not happy with your utterances. How do you mean by saying hope I
am not involve in criminal business? How can police declare the account
in their list?If the account is questionable the police will contact
the bank and the bank will confirm if the account has involve in any
criminal things. This is embarrassing to me.This is a legitimate account
without any criminal records.
I am very angry over this and I would like to know more about this and
also some evidence that the police stop the payment.I am not happy over
this and intend to investigate this.
Kindly provide me with an evidence from the police because I will not
take it likely.
I await your immediate respond.
Regards,
Mark Robin.

This story will have to end, so I send him the telephone number of
Secret Service. Will he call them?
Sir,
Don't be angry with me. I am not the one that stopped the transfer.
I did not understand what had happened, so the bank gave me this
number to Mr Ralph Basran: +1 20 62 20 68 00. I called him and he told
him that since 9-11 the police can stop any bank transfer in and out
of USA as long as they find it necessary. He was not allowed to tell
me anything about this specific case. Maybe he can tell you some more,
since you are the owner of the account.
Sincerely yours, ...

Dear Jacques Jeune,
Thanks for the mail.My sincerely advise to Ms.Young is to effect the
payment by western union money transfer.Because the time is already
exhausted.Be informed that there is nothing wrong with the bank account
given to her.
How is she now?Kindly express my greetings to her.
Regards,
Mark Robin.

I hope this is the end of this long adventure. It lasted
7 months, but had long idle periods. |
