person that you do not know too well,  but the inspiration to contact you is simply of divine providence.  I have contacted you because i seek your partnership and understanding to realize this project which i am about to explain with you.
My name is Mr. Greasby and I work with a BANK in United Kingdom. Some
years ago I was attending a business luncheon in berlin, Germany where i met a german based business man , Mr Christian eich,  we discussed about his intentions to invest in United kingdom.  Then some months later we met again in London, where I assisted him, to make a (Fixed) Deposit of ( Ten million five hundred thousand British pounds ) presently valued at ($21 million US dollars)  for six months in my Bank Branch. 
Upon Maturity of the first six months, my bank sent a routine
notification to his forwarding address, to confirm if he wanted to continue rolling it over another duration,  but we got no response from him.  After another six months, we sent another reminder to know if he wanted our Bank to continue rolling over the interest, but we still did not get any response from him.  I had to make personal efforts to reach him,  since i was his portfolio manager that
personally guided him through to make this deposit and suprisingly I

After months of investigations, all attempts to trace any his relatives to him proved fruitless, as it was discovered that the depositor (Mr. Christain) did not declare any next of kin or relations in all his official documents. Since then, the money has been in my bank domant and nobody has come to make claims and I believe 'NO ONE'  will ever come forward to make claims, since the entire family was eventually wiped out. I have made efforts to locate a member of his family with strong biological links to my late client without success.  The search to find a close relation is one that has consumed time and resources
In accordance with the Federal banking Laws and constitution here, at
the expiration of  (five) years, the money will revert to the ownership of the Government if it remains dormant, or the owners of the bank may wipe it off their records for their own benefits, since it would be termed as floating money (free money). 
My proposal is to package and present you as next of kin to the
deceased client and process the fixed deposit for transfer custody to you for our mutual benefit.  The transaction will be executed under normal legitimate arrangements, as I will use my position in the Bank to secure approvals and guarantee the successful execution of this transaction.
This is my field and in have done a perfect home-work to ensure that we have a perfect transaction, so that you and I can benefit from this 'FREE MONEY', since it now belongs to nobody.  Moreover, it is pertinent to note that it is not risky and does not require much engagement from your side since i will be taking care of the transaction in full capacity as an insider.
I will be waiting to hear from you, but Please NOTE that it is very

I understand how you feel about my proposition, But somehow i do believe that you did not go through my mail properly.  It does not really matter if you are, or not related to the deseased /depositor (Mr Christian eich), what matters is that i will use my position as his portfolio manager to legally guide you and present you as his next of kin to inherit his deposited money in this bank,  it is very easy and possible for me to present you as next of kin to get the right of claims and approve you as a beneficiary to the deposited money because you have similar surnames. Please note  that i do not intend that you take all the money when this is completed.
      I contacted you with intentions that we would have a good understanding to work this out and be matured enough to to share this money amongst each other according to our agreement. This issue on the sharing pattern must be decided on before we commence this transaction.
I am a very straight forward person, and i like going straight to the point.  I know this money does not directly belong to you and i, but as the situation is right now this money is being termed  'FREE MONEY'  that belongs to nobody.  It all depends from the angle at which you look at it.

I appreciate your desire and curiousity to go along with me in this  transaction. I have noted your request to have more details about the transaction and accordingly below are facts about the transaction to enable you have a clearer picture and understanding of the transaction.  This business is simple and straight forward and absolutely risk free as all the needed documents will be secured for the legal transfer of the money to you as the next of kin to the deseased client once it is approved.
Please Note - 
1.)The bedrock of your involvement in the transaction, is for you to apply as the next of kin to the deseased.  I will guide you towards presenting you as the next of kin, and when this is approved the deposit will be paid to you, then you and I can share the money.

2.) This transaction is based on the fact that the owner of the deposit is late and all efforts to trace his people or next of kin have failed and the money will be confisticated and taken over by the owners of this bank or the government, if we do not act fast and have you presented as the bonafide next of kin to make claims to the deposit.

3.) This transaction is risk free, as i will assist you make sure that all the necessary documents will be made available to the bank to prove the legitimacy as we progress.

4.) Most importantly, I would also want to reach an agreement with you as regards the terms on the sharing pattern before we go into this deal. For your participation in the transaction, you shall be entitled to (30%) of the entire funds after conclusion, so i would need to know in your reply, if you are satisfied with the terms of  the transaction so that we do not go into any sort of misunderstanding when you finally have possesion of the money, as such I will need your 100% assurance that the money will be safe and secured with you after conclusion, pending the eventual disbursement as agreed.

5) During the course of your claims, you should keep this matter very confidential ,  bearing in mind my status in the bank.  But i would surely be guiding you  at every stage to ensure that you get approvals to right of claims.

6.) To facilitate the transaction, I will urgently require you to furnish me with your FULL NAME, ADDRESS and your private TELEPHONE NUMBER, to enable us commence the full execution of the transaction.
