A PROXY AGREEMENT
This agreement is made this day 8th March 2005,
between Miss Judith and David Makoulou, nationality
of Congo Democratic Rep. ( hereinafter the investor)
and MISS YOUNG
( hereinafter the investment
agent) that Miss Judith and David Makoulou,
the principal owner /investor of USD$ 9 million, have
appointed MISS YOUNG, as her investment agent/sole beneficiary to secure the
above mentioned amount (US $9 M) as her beneficiary/partner
into his appointed bank account for investment.
THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE IN THREE ARTICLES THUS:
Article
A: Entitlement
of the total amount (USD$9 M).Miss Judith and David Makoulou,
the principal owner/investor of 75% of the whole amount (USD$9
M) MISS YOUNG, proxy/beneficiary of 20%
of the total amount (USD$9 M) for his services and assistance.
Article B: Investment
representation on MISS YOUNG,
is to manage the investment for the period of ten (10)
years before handing it over to Miss Judith
and David Makoulou,, and MISS YOUNG,
will be entitled to permanent share of ( 20%)
of the investment throughout the period of ten yrs.
Article C: That,
MISS YOUNG,
will give 5% of the total sum to Barrister
Etude John Nafis, for his professional services after
the successful claim of the funds from the security house as
agreed upon by Miss Judith and David Makoulou,.
This
proxy agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding
between the parties hereto, and it is understood and agreed
that this agreement supersede any prior agreement and understanding
related to the subject matter hereof and all understanding negotiation,
and agreement hereto for had between the parties are merged
herein.
This
proxy agreement may not be modified orally implied .Only an
agreement in writing executed by duly authorised officers of
the investor and the investment agent may modify the term hereof.
If
any provision of this agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable,
the balance of this agreement shall remain in full force and
this agreement shall be construed in all respect as if such
invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision were omitted.

I find it a very high fee that has to be paid. Are you sure the figure
is right? I contacted Western Union, and they tell me that it is not possible
to transfer that much money to Benin. I suggest you pay the fee, and you
get the money back with interest as soon as the $9m is released.

I can see that you have covered point (1) and (4), but I don't understand
your corrections related to point (2) and (3). I Article A you have reduced
my share from 20% to 3%. This is not acceptable.
In your revised Article A, the sum is still not 100%, but has changed
from 95% til 98%. In Article B you have also reduced my share to 3%. That
is not acceptable. I requested a minimum of
$270,000 per year, which is quite another case.
Please make another draft Agreement so that we can commence with this
business. We have to take into consideration the situation Judith and
David are in, so please do this urgently.

There must be some kind of misunderstanding in your bank. You should be
able to collect the money in ANY bank in the VISA network, and that works
in your country too!
I have not told you that Western Union transfer does not work and I have
not refused to pay the $999. I was just being practical, because I was
told that the bank transfer of the $9,500 was just as quick as the WU
transfer.
I suggest you go to collect the money in a VISA connected bank tomorrow.
With the upcoming Easter, I will be rather busy in the chuch, but I will
try to read my email regularly.

My brother managed to get them to prepare a modified proxy
agreement, and I think I managed to get them to contact their bank several
times. When will they realize that the money transfer was fake? Read the
