I Article A you have reduced my share from 20% to 3%. This is not acceptable. In your revised Article A, the sum is still not 100%, but has changed from 95% til 98%. In Article B you have also reduced my share to 3%. That is not acceptable. I requested a minimum of $270,000 per year, which is quite another case. Please make another draft Agreement so that we can commence with this business. We have to take into consideration the situation Judith and David are in, so please do this urgently. Miss Young, Your message is well received, note that there is no way I can pay the legalization fee with many reasons, note that before the court will accept to legalize the agreement they must verify and know where the money come from to know if it is the real beneficiary of the fund sent the money, you should know that already your information's are with them waiting for the money to start processing. Now what I want you to do is this, if the western union refuse to send all the money you can send half of the money and write a promissory note that immediately the fund $9 m transfer to your account you will pay the rest. With the promissory note I will proceed with it to the court and I believe they will accept. Please you have to do this very quickly because I need to conclude everything this week so that the finance security company can finish up the whole thing and transfer the money to your account before Tuesday next week.

There must be some kind of misunderstanding in your bank. You should be able to collect the money in ANY bank in the VISA network, and that works in your country too! I have not told you that Western Union transfer does not work and I have not refused to pay the $999. I was just being practical, because I was told that the bank transfer of the $9,500 was just as quick as the WU transfer. I suggest you go to collect the money in a VISA connected bank tomorrow. My brother managed to get them to prepare a modified proxy agreement, and I think I managed to get them to contact their bank several times. When will they realize that the money transfer was fake? Read the rest of the story on page 3. | ||
