Fernando de la Rúa, Argentinas president 1999-2001

This letter in unusual. Most of these letters are sent from west africa using free email accounts, false names and mobile phones. This one was sent from Argentina, from someone trying to copy the west african concept. They also had a website, http://www.solredargentina.com.ar/ (now closed), apparently a marketing company.

I didn't manage to get in contact, so I did not learn to see how he wanted to wash the dirty money.
