I have deposited this money with a private Security and Finance Trust Company in one of the African Countries as GOLD DUST. This money is part of the fund set aside by my father for the purchase of arms and ammunitions worth US$60million through independent arm dealers in Russia which some of it (US$15m)has used during the power tussle between my father Kabila. I was arrested and detained when Kabila discovered that I am signatory to President Mobutu's account in switzerland.

I was smuggled out of detention with the help of my close friends who are still serving under President Kabila. I escaped from the Country through the Congo river with the help of fishermen. I am now residing temporarily in Lome-Togo. Now that Kabila has died. He was assassinated on January 16th 2001, his son (Joseph Kabila) has taken over the Government. The state of the Government is still in fear.

All I want from you is to come to Lome-Togo, West Africa, where we will hold a meeting and proceed to the Security Company where you will see the money yourself and you assist to negotiate for the transfer of the fund into your overseas Bank Account, this transaction will not take more than 2-3days from your arrival date.

I can understand that you want to push this deal forward, but I cannot squeeze you in to my tight schedule with such at short notice. Next week I am going to Toronto on some urgent business, that cannot be postponed. I have kept week 1 open for our deal, but if you cannot accept this, you will have to come up with a new date pretty soon.

Regarding Spain, I have a problem. I suggested Amsterdam because that is my "home base" in Europe. I had an unpleasant experience 2 month ago in Sct.Petersburg, where I got arrested for a silly episode. Anyway I continued to Amsterdam and concluded my business there. When I was about to board a plane to Madrid, I was stopped by the dutch police that told me that it was not possible to enter Spain. They did not tell me why, but I think that after 9-11 and the Madrid bombings, the spanish authorities have become very strict. I was raving mad, but what could I do? I am telling you this, because I fear that I still will have a problem of entering Spain. Can we move our business to Amsterdam, or will you suggest another country?
