I'm a victim of some scamers from Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire. They call them self Mrs Mand Johnson and Daniel Johnson,"her son", and they asked my help to claim a box for them, full with $3.5 mill dollars. I act as they told me, as foreign partner of mr Marcus Johnson, mrs Mand Jonhson's late huspand. I suspose to get 20%. To be onest i didn't know that all is fake. I even chat to "Daniel Johnson" on yahoo with web cam. Now I have to pay only 110 euros to that security agency named "Fexion security agency" from Abidjan, Cote D'ivoire so they can release the box and after get it to pay them more 2300 euros, half of "fee". I lost some money too so far, but not verry much only 300 euros (this because of my good negociations skills, i suppose to sent them 4600 euros in the begining) + phone bills and others, lucky me that I wake up on time and realized that all is fake. Any way, what i'm asking you kindly is to tell me how can I contact their local police from Abidjan to see if they can help me in this matter. I look up on internet a lot but i didn't find any local police from abidjan who's dealing scammers. I try to contact my local police too but I think i'm wasting time with them. They are not verry interested about my matter.

So please help me if you can. All i want is to get a email adress or something from their local police dep., from Abidjan, Cote D'ivoire, West Africa. I want them BUSTED !

In my answer I tell Mr.Bond that the chances for getting his money back are very small, and that I don't have contact information for the police in Cote D'Ivoire. Maybe the embassy can help.

all the mails you sent to the security and the ones they sent you i have read them all. i visited the security company this morning and discussed with director he told me all about your communication. i pleaded to him to help us that you will pay them when the box is in your possition. but he told me that he is working under the rules of their agency. but i do let him know my condition and after i explained all he was touched and told me that he can only help us by you paying half of the fee and you drafting a promissary not with your signature and a copy of your ID attached on it to their agency promising them that you will pay the remaining money when you receive the box in your possition.

i told you that i have 4 hundred euro but after i spoke with yesterday i went our church to see if i can get any help, which the pastor did help me with littile he has. he gave 100 euro making it 5 hundred euro and i have given it to the security company and promise them that you will complete it as soon as i get intouch with you.

from my understanding the security company said that we should pay for the federal governement stamp duty seal fee and from the content of their mail they said the federal governemnt stamp duty seal fee it is legal that we obatain it so that no one from the international monitoring orgnisaition will look into the box ontill it gets to you. i think this the best way we want this so that they safer guard the box ontill you have it in your possition.

i do not know what to do now because i have nobody to borrow money from and i do not want to tell any body about this project i am still maintaining the secert of this transaction. i did not know that this will come up i thought that you will have the box in your possition before you pay them.

thanks for your wondreful effort so far in this project and towards the life of me and my son. i was to reply to your email message but their was no time for me because i have to move fast to come back today. i came back with first flight which arrived here in abidjan 4.30am this morning.

the joruney was successful but not too successful enough. as i got to cameroon after my disscussion with our church sister as she promised me, she told me that 3 of daugthers came from school and they came to collect their school fees which made her to change her mind in given me the exact amount which she promised. she told me that because of the her children school fees that she can only give me 1400euros i pleaded to her to complete it 1600euros but she refused. notting else i could do than to collect the money from her because a begger has no choice so i deceided to collect the one that it is with her. which is the 1400euros as, i writing you now i am with the money in my hands. but we need to complete it because the amount we supose to give to the security company in 1,632euors.

please all i want you to do now is to send to me 200euros so that i will go to the security and give the money on your behalf. i am very happy that we can conclude this project now and i am very eager to meet with you face to face, you are such a wonderful person and God Sent
