	Dear Jeremy, I received your mail indicating your interest to partner with me to collect this fund rather than allowing it revert to the state as unclaimed money. I also received family tree history from you. However, be informed that I contacted you in the first place because you have the same family name with the deceased and can stand as his next of kin, since he died intestate. He did not write a Will. I also believe it will provide me with the opportunity of keeping his memory alive by opening a foundation in his name to help the indigent people of the society. Having received your reply, I am highly elated that at last the laudable dream of launching a foundation in his name can be achieved with your full cooperation. All what is to be done now is to begin documentation on your behalf at the Probate Registry in line with the rules and regulation of United Kingdom to authenticate you as the next of kin to the deceased. 	That was followed by several other documents two of which are attached followed. When pressed for verifiable documents he was unable (possibly unwilling) to produce them. It is my view that Mr. Ferguson is a dishonest individual who should be stopped and prominently placed on 419.bittenus.com so that he will not continue to scam other individuals. Now that I have challenged him to produce verifiable documents he is no longer responding to my emails. His other email address system is: mfgk1@yahoo.co.uk The best words I have for future respondents on receipt of such letters as generated by Mr Ferguson and his ilk, is to repeatedly ask for verifiable third party confirmation capacity. Without that being supplied, treat the project as a scam and back away until otherwise proven. And don't supply any financial information - ever.
